​Born in London, UK, Dr. Kim was introduced to acupuncture and holistic medicine at an early age through her mother, who used these integrative therapies to support her own Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis. This early exposure sparked Dr. Kim’s lifelong appreciation for the depth and power of acupuncture and Chinese medicine. She found the benefits especially helpful while navigating challenging hormonal cycles in her teenage years which further solidified her deep respect for the healing potential of these ancient therapies.

As a mother of three young children, Dr. Kim brings both a professional clinical foundation and lived experience to her fertility, prenatal and postpartum care. She utilized acupuncture throughout her own preparation for pregnancy, prenatal phases, birth center and home births as well as her postpartum recovery. These experiences deepened her passion for nurturing patients through their journey to parenthood with thoughtful, responsive and truly supportive care.
