Single appointments

All sales are final. Refunds are not given for treatments, consultations, or services that have been booked or performed. Cancellations and missed appointments are covered by our Cancellation Policy (24 hours’ notice is required, and a 100% fee applies to late cancellations and missed visits).

Packages

Package purchases are non-refundable, with one exception: in the case of extenuating circumstances, Dr. Kim may refund the unused portion of a package. The refund is calculated by taking the amount you paid for the package and subtracting the full standard price of each treatment already received. The discounted per-session package rate is not used for this calculation.

Herbal formulas and products are non-refundable.
